Pingology is a new paradigm search engine. It allows Users to find more accurate information with quicker searches. Webpage Owners are offered a skill-based alternative to pay-per-click on a free and fixed-price subscription basis.

Webpage Owners cloak their pages by filling out a questionnaire designed to provide more information to the User than is available from key word text descriptors and simplistic ID bots.

Users fill out a corresponding questionnaire. The more closely it matches cloaked responses, the higher the webpage is ranked in the search results.

Webpage Owners and Users effectively ping each other anonymously, providing an ongoing dialogue of needs of the User and offerings of the Webpage Owner.

Registered webpage owners will have access to long-form and specialized questionnaires, Reports and other tools on a subscription basis, allowing them to monitor hits and curve-fit pages and questionnaire responses for best placement.

All Members of the Service shall receive a password and an account. Members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account whether authorized or not authorized. Member agrees to notify Molokai Technology Partners, LLC of any unauthorized use of Member's account or any other breach of security known or should be known to the Member. Member's right to use the Service is personal to the Member. Member agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service without the express written consent of Molokai Technology Partners, LLC.

6. Modifications and Interruption to Service
